Virtual Gymnastics for Kids
A fun way to develop coordination, strength, and flexibility and boost self-confidence and agility. Kids ages 3 years and up will love learning the basics of gymnastics, engaging with Coach Paula Shaibani in this interactive, 30-minute online class. This class teaches important basics for warming up, stretching, conditioning, flexibility and drills - no apparatus training because we don’t have those at home. If you have a yoga mat or something soft to sit/lie down on and exercise on, even just a pillow or blanket, that would be helpful but not required.
