Celebrating 100 Years of Women Artists
In recognition of the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment’s passage, this exhibition explores the creative expression of a diverse group of women artists. Celebrating 100 Years of Women Artists features 20th and 21st century paintings, prints, photographs, and sculptures drawn from the collections of the WCMFA and area collectors. This exhibition includes works by Anna Hyatt Huntington, Harriet Frishmuth, Käthe Kollwitz, Emily Clayton Bishop, Faith Ringgold, Elizabeth Catlett, Samella Lewis, Joyce Scott, Renee Stout, Helen Frankenthaler, Dorothy Dehner, Isabel Bishop, and Marisol.
