Masquerade Ball

The 2026 Juneteenth Celebration – Hagerstown is a three-day cultural observance, community gathering, and historical reflection honouring the enduring legacy, survival, and contributions of Black Americans. The celebration continues Friday evening with the Friends of DBHM’s Masquerade Ball with a Cotton Club Twist. Combining elegance, live entertainment, jazz influences, fine dining, and cultural sophistication, the evening celebrates Black artistry, achievement, and excellence while supporting the ongoing mission of the Doleman Black Heritage Museum and its future permanent home in Hagerstown’s historic Jonathan Street neighborhood.
