Full Moon Sunset Hike
Washington Monument State Park, 6620 Zittletown Road, Middletown, MD 21769
Monday, June 29 2026 from 07:30 PM to 09:00 PM
Meet at the base of the Washington Monument trail and walk up to the monument in time to watch the sun set over the Great Appalachian Valley. Appreciate the âStrawberry Moonâ before hiking back down. Flashlights or head lamps are suggested. Meet at Washington Monument State Park Museum. This program is eligible for the 2026 SMRA Junior Rangers challenge.
