Begin your visit to Hagerstown with a tour of the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts. Open year round, Tuesday through Sunday with Free Admission, the museum is a must-see! Docent tours are available upon request.
Arrange for a private tour of the historic Maryland Theatre for students. The Theatre has served as an anchor of the community for over 100 years. It has been said the best seat in the house is on stage, so invite the group on stage for a photo then surprise them with an opportunity for a impromptu performance.
Then take intermission and head to your area hotel to check-in and prepare for the evening activities.
Crescendo
Gather the group and head back to downtown for an early dinner at Applause Caterers at the Academy Theatre or the Grand Piano Ballroom.

Curtain Call
Spend the morning at Antietam National Battlefield, the area’s top attraction for student groups! Students will have the opportunity to learn about one of the most significant battles in the history of the Civil War in the moments leading up to the battle of Gettysburg.
Upon arrival view the 26-minute introductory film at the Visitor Center, the film is shown on the hour and the half hour. After the film, set aside some time to explore the on-sight museum, store before heading out on a tour of the battlefield.
Shop and dine with your group at the Valley Mall. On sight dining options include the food court, Golden Corral, Red Robin, Noodles & Company, Olive Garden and Primanti Brothers.
Take the stage in the afternoon, in preparation for your groups community concert at the Bridge of Life Theatre in Hagerstown’s Arts & Entertainment District!
